It’s finally Friday….

I do love Fridays. This will be a busy weekend, lots to do. It’s been kind of slow at work so I’ve gotten all caught up and that’s nice. Today I’m going to clean up the lab and get things in order.

Tomorrow I have to pick up some cockatiels for rehoming. Their owner passed away and the relatives live out of state so they need to get rid of the birds. There are 3 of them and I think they should remain together. I need to get as much info as possible about them. Hopefully the relatives know something.

Sunday is the bird club meeting. This month nothing really exciting is happening. The t-shirts I had made should be delivered this morning, that’s exciting.

I’ve started looking into real estate again. With the way the market is, I’m thinking now might be a good time to buy. Prices are down, the market has slowed, and owners are willing to make a deal. One thing I’ve noticed more of recently is fractional ownership. People have these expensive vacation homes and can’t afford them anymore.  Rather then sell them completely, they sell part ownership and you get to use it so many weeks per year.  Interesting.  Not what I want, but interesting.

Well, I probably should start getting ready for work.  It’s early here and the sooner I get to work the sooner I get done.
