It’s that time again and I remembered this morning 
I struggled with this one. I looked all week for something that struck me as different. It was actually a good exercise since there are so many things we begin to take for granted. Looking at things with a different eye can make them new again. Anyway, I finally found something that I thought was different.
It’s kind of hard to see but if you look towards the center of the picture, there’s a little sparrow sticking his/her head out of the overhang. During the spring the smaller birds build their nests in there. It’s protected from the elements, predators, and the babies can’t fall out of the nests. I think it’s pretty ingenious and definitely different.
Okay, I got my picture in at a reasonable time today. I have a bunch of stuff to do and errands to run, but later today I’m going to head over to tnchick and see what everyone else did. Have a great day.

It was a struggle to see the little sparrow’s head, but I see it now…ha ha. He sat still long enough for you to snap a shot.
